How To Create A Professional Portfolio

The Professional Portfolio is:

• A tool for collecting and showing growth and achievement over time
• Not a scrapbook, but a representation of your educating abilities
• Like an expanded resume
• A very common requirement for teaching placements and to help in seeking jobs in the schools
• A good exercise in self-evaluation

There are two ways of presenting a Professional Teaching Portfolio:

• Notebook Style
• Electronic Style
