Child Care Bureau, US Dept of Health and Human Services
The Child Care Bureau is dedicated to enhancing the quality, affordability, and availability of child care for all families. The Child Care Bureau administers federal funds to states, territories, and tribes to assist low-income families in accessing quality child care for children when the parents work or participate in education or training.

National Association for Regulatory Administration
The National Association for Regulatory Administration (NARA) represents all human care licensing, including child care, child welfare, adult day care, adult residential and assisted living care, and program licensing for services related to mental illness, developmental disabilities and abuse of drugs and alcohol.

National Center for Early Development and Learning
NCEDL is a national early childhood research project supported by the US Department of Education's Institute for Educational Sciences (IES), formerly the Office of Educational Research and Improvement (OERI). Administratively based at the FPG Child Development Institute, NCEDL is a collaboration with the University of Virginia & UCLA.

National Center for School Engagement
NCSE partners with school districts, law enforcement agencies, courts, and state and federal agencies to support youth and their families to be engaged at school. Services include training and technical assistance, research and evaluation, and information and resources.

National Organization of Child Development Laboratory Schools
Its mission is to facilitate and support teaching, research and service functions of HCD, the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences, and the University community, while at the same time providing high quality early childhood program services for enrolled children and families.

ZERO TO THREE's mission is to promote the healthy development of our nation's infants and toddlers by supporting and strengthening families, communities, and those who work on their behalf. We are dedicated to advancing current knowledge; promoting beneficial policies and practices; communicating research and best practices to a wide variety of audiences; and providing training, technical assistance and leadership development.
